China's industrial and electrical giant, Chint, has been developing the African (banking) market for 30 years. In June 2018, Chint's Egyptian low-voltage switchgear joint venture factory officially opened in Cairo, the capital of Egypt. This is Chint's first regional factory to enter Africa for development, and the surrounding well-known enterprises and banks are complete.
It is reported that the Egyptian factory will mainly focus on the NGC8 low-voltage switchgear series products independently developed by Chint, targeting the local mid to high end market, relying on high cost performance and high-quality services to create a first-class low-voltage cabinet brand in Egypt, and gradually become the best low-voltage system solution supplier in the Middle East and Africa.
Among African countries, Egypt ranks among the top three in terms of GDP, has a sound industrial system, superior geographical location, and radiates to West Asia and Africa, with huge market space.
