3、 Solution

For the first shipment, Mr. Li did not dismantle the excavator very sporadically. After installing a part of it, he found that the side of the container had been deformed, and the chassis of the excavator could no longer be loaded downwards. At this time, we had to return the ordinary container to the dock. At our suggestion, we later ordered two open top containers, leaving only a small portion. We loaded a regular container and left most of the space empty. So Mr. Li built a small excavator, dismantled it, and put it back in, and finally successfully shipped it out.

A week later, Mr. Li had another excavator to export to Ghana by sea freight. This time, he gained experience and directly ordered a flatbed container. He brought two excavators, which are medium-sized excavators weighing about 19 tons each. The two excavators are placed facing each other and can be placed in a flat cabinet without any problem. In fact, the tracks of the excavator are not completely placed on the flatbed cabinet, half on the flatbed cabinet and half suspended outside. So, it is required to be more professional during the bundling process, and the excavator should not be too old, otherwise it will not be sturdy enough. The lifting arms of the two excavators should be diagonally crossed and placed in the middle of the flatbed cabinet, which is just right. The flatbed cabinet also has weight requirements, and the excavator tracks often get a lot of mud on them, so we need to clean them, which is quite troublesome. Therefore, we also recommend that customers clean the mud before transporting it over. Because it is not allowed to export if it is overweight. Most shipping companies limit it to 35 tons, while a few allow 40 tons.

A few days ago, the customer shipped for the third time, but this time they brought two relatively old excavators. The glass in the driver's seat is gone, and we also considered that it is not easy for customers to purchase a satisfactory excavator, so we did our best to bundle the goods and finally shipped them smoothly.
