Nigeria air freight Shuangqing customer whom we have never met before

In May and June 2018, I received a phone call from Miss Lin from a trading company in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. She asked Winsky Logistics about the price of Nigerian air transport double cleaning. The products to be exported are gift boxes and paper products. At that time, I thought it was strange that paper products were so cheap. Should we choose air freight? The cost of air freight is higher than sea freight. I suggested the customer choose Nigeria sea freight, but she said that the customer requested a higher value of the goods, so she chose Nigeria air freight.

In December, Miss Lin contacted us and said that there were two batches of goods to be shipped by Nigeria air freight double clearance. One batch was handbags in Hedong, Fangcun, Guangzhou, and the other batch was wedding dresses in Changsha, Hunan. She gave me their contact information and asked me to contact them directly. Later on, I found out that these two batches of goods were not ordered by Miss Lin's company, but by a Nigerian client who asked Miss Long to help introduce a freight forwarder for Nigeria's air freight double clearance. The Nigerian customer designated us Winsky Logistics.

For air freight exports to Africa, the more goods we have, the cheaper the price we can offer. Therefore, we suggest shipping clothing from Humen in Dongguan, leather goods from Fangcun in Guangzhou, and wedding dresses from Changsha in Hunan together, which can reduce costs for customers. I have coordinated with three companies, and we will send a car to pick up the goods at the agreed time in Fangcun, Guangzhou and Humen, Dongguan. The express delivery from Changsha will arrive. The goods from Guangzhou and Dongguan have arrived at the warehouse one after another, but for some unknown reason, the customer from Changsha has not received the payment yet. I have asked two factories to communicate with the Nigerian customer about when to ship, but have not received a response. In order to ensure that the Nigerian customer receives the goods earlier, I have decided to air freight the two batches of goods that have already been received, and we will discuss them later in Changsha.

After New Year's Day in 2019, the Changsha company finally received the payment, and their wedding dresses were shipped as a separate shipment by air to Shuangqing, Nigeria.
