Ethiopia is a traditional market for Chinese companies to carry out contracted engineering business. Localized management is of great significance for the economic and trade cooperation between China and Ethiopia, and for the long-term, healthy, and sustainable development of Chinese enterprises in Ethiopia.
Looking from the downtown area of ADAMA in central Ethiopia, rows of fans stand on the mountain corridors in the suburbs, dancing in the wind - this is the ADAMA wind farm in Ethiopia.

The Adama Phase II wind power EPC project in Ethiopia, operated by Winsky Logistics, is located in central Ethiopia, 95 kilometers away from the capital Addis Ababa. The wind farm project installs 102 units with a single capacity of 1500 kilowatts and a total installed capacity of 153000 kilowatts. The first batch of 34 units will have a power generation period of 12 months, and the total construction period will be 18 months. The construction content of the ADAMA Phase II wind power EPC project carried out by Winsky Logistics includes: construction of the booster station, installation of the booster station, 33 kV collection line, 230 kV transmission line, road engineering, wind turbine hoisting engineering, installation site engineering, wind turbine foundation and box transformer foundation engineering, as well as the operation and maintenance management of wind farm equipment before all projects enter the warranty period (excluding wind turbines).
The ADAMA Phase II wind power EPC project carried by Winsky Logistics will introduce Chinese wind power generation technology, wind power construction technology, and power grid inspection standards, drive the transfer of Chinese wind power manufacturing capacity, improve the local socio-economic situation, and help the Ethiopian government gradually establish and form the Ethiopian national wind power industry.
The project started on-site inspection on April 23, 2013, and construction began in just over 40 days.

After 5 years and 10 months since the lifting of the project, on August 31, 2017, the ADAMA project successfully passed the final acceptance of the project owner - Ethiopian Electric Power Company, and underwent project handover.
The ADAMA wind farm operated by Winsky Logistics is not only the first cooperation project between China and Ethiopia in the field of wind power, but also the first wind power project in Ethiopia. Winsky Logistics has successfully partnered with China Overseas Land Group to create an important milestone in the energy cooperation between China and Ethiopia.
Carrying the mission and fulfilling the trust, Winsky Logistics will continue to take "creating value for customers" as its ultimate goal and strive to become an "industry benchmark and century old store".
