Job description
1. Responsible for the formulation of various human resource policies of the Group
2. Responsible for human cost budget, analysis and salary survey report formulation;
3. Responsible for the calculation and management of monthly salary and benefits;
4. Organization and implementation of performance appraisal;
5. Responsible for the optimization of recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment tasks
6. Guide administrative assistants to complete administrative tasks
Job qualification
1. College degree or above, major in human resource management and statistics is preferred;
2, more than 8 years of work experience in recruitment and salary management;
5. Careful, patient, strong logical thinking ability, good numerical sensitivity, proficient in data analysis;
6. Excellent command and application of Excel;
7, familiar with labor law and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as national and regional policies on salary system, insurance benefits and other policies.
