Job responsibilities:

1. Maintain old customers and deal with old customers' orders;

2, make documents and other related documents sorting and archiving;

3, responsible for the whole process of monitoring goods information after receiving orders, timely feedback to sales staff and customers of goods, to ensure that the abnormal situation to give feasible solutions;

4. Handle customer complaints, disputes and other related work assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1, college degree or above, two years or more related customer service work experience is preferred;

2, have good English writing and reading skills, have good communication skills and office software operation ability, familiar with freight forwarding operating system;
